In the ancient Rome, Garum is used as an excellent dressing, descending by a similar greek dressing and possible great-uncle of actually fish.based souces used in Italy like the anchovies souce.
This is the Garum made in Bros’ with anchovies from our sea…because for us working personally in each one of our product means experimenting antique techniques of about 2000 years ago for improve ourself and to be aware about every ingredient we put in our plate.
